General Safety Rules

NO TASK SHALL COMMENCE UNTIL A SWMS + RISK ASSESMENT HAVE BEEN
DOCUMENTED BY THE CONTRACTOR AND APPROVED BY ‘MANAGEMENT’.

All incidents, accidents, or injuries shall be reported to the Building Manager or WorkCover where necessary. This includes all near-miss incidents to allow for remedial action to be taken.

All work crews are to familiarise themselves with the emergency procedures of this site; e.g. fire, bomb, evacuation procedures and the location of the emergency assembly area, before commencement of work.

All work crews are to wear Personal Protective Equipment [PPE] required for work-at-height or RA tasks.

No intoxicants are to be brought onto site or consumed prior to work. Any person who is found to be under the influence of an intoxicant will face immediate dismissal from the site.
